Specialized Music Educator | Piano Instructor | Adaptive Learning Specialist

With over 10 years of teaching experience, I provide a highly individualized approach to music education, working with both dedicated piano students and children with diverse learning needs, including autism and ADHD.

I hold a Bachelor of Education (Special Needs), giving me professional training in understanding different learning profiles and developmental needs. I also earned an Associate Degree of Arts in Music Studies, establishing a strong foundation in performance, theory, and pedagogy.

My professional qualifications include:

  • ABRSM Grade 8 Piano & Music Theory (equivalent to RCM level 10)

  • Professional Music Therapy Certificate (Special Needs)

    (Pang’s Music Therapy Centre, Hong Kong)

This combination of music training and specialized education allows me to design lessons that are both structured and responsive to each student’s individual needs.

Experience & Expertise

Over the past decade, I have worked with:

  • Students preparing for RCM piano examinations

  • Beginners building strong musical foundations

  • Children with autism, ADHD, and other learning differences

Through this experience, I have developed a teaching approach that balances clarity, structure, and flexibility, ensuring each student progresses with confidence.
